Square alternative for Ghana
Square Retail sells one system for the shop floor and Square Online — stock syncs, low-stock alerts, barcode labels on paid tiers, and pickup or delivery. Square’s pitch — and why it stops at the border
Square’s retail feature list is familiar: sell in the shop and online from one place, get notified before items run out, print barcode labels, and offer pickup or delivery. Ghana peers (Zoka, Obali, SellarPro, and others) say the same thing in cedis — MoMo on the sale, offline when the network fails, receipts by SMS or print. Square itself is not a Ghana payments option; you cannot run Square’s card processing from a shop in Accra the way you run Paystack or Hubtel.
