Pickup and delivery on the POS order
Pickup and delivery now sit on the POS order in Ghana — tracking and proof, not a separate WhatsApp thread.
Checkout can offer pickup or delivery
You set the areas. The buyer chooses pickup or delivery. In the shop office you see what still needs packing, what is out with a rider, and what is waiting at the shop. You do not need a second delivery app to start.
The POS and the website use the same words
A sale from the POS and an order from the website show up as packing, out for delivery, or ready for pickup. Staff are not guessing from a WhatsApp thread.
Start with the area you already serve
Turn it on where you already send WhatsApp orders. Begin with a small area around the shop, and decide whether your own driver or a Dwuma driver takes the job. If the buyer will pay at the shop, do not mark the stock as sold twice.
