Field pattern for Ghana supermarkets: till scans and online pickup pull from one stock list.
The job
Supermarkets lose trust when the last item sells at the till but still shows for pickup online. One stock list must feed the queue and the website.
What good looks like
High-volume scan at the counter. Pickup orders reserve or deduct from the same count. Split tender at close; riders take from what the POS already sold.
What to test before you buy
Sell the last unit at the till, then try to buy it for pickup. If the website still sells it, you do not have supermarket POS — you have two lists.
