The job
Wholesalers sell the same SKU to cash walk-ins and account customers at different rates. The POS must keep one stock truth while prices change by customer type — not a second notebook beside the till.
What good looks like
Account customers see their price at scan. Stock moves once when the load leaves. MoMo and cash close on the same invoice; settlement still goes to your Paystack or Hubtel account.
What to test before you buy
Ring one SKU for walk-in and credit on the same morning. Confirm stock did not double-count. Only then compare monthly fees.
