Salon bookings with MoMo deposits in Ghana — chair calendar on your website, retail on the same sale.
Put the chair on a calendar
Put the booking on your website with how long it takes and, when you assign one, the staff member. The page will not take a time that clashes with that staff member’s appointment, including the extra minutes you set before and after. If no staff member is chosen, it will not take a time that clashes with any appointment at the branch.
A deposit is MoMo or card online
If the booking requires a deposit, the guest pays MoMo or card to confirm. Pay on arrival is blocked for that booking. Live MoMo needs internet. The deposit is the booking payment. Ring the service and any retail on the POS when the guest arrives.
Sell the products on the same sale as the service
Shampoo, lace, and extras can go on the same POS sale as the service. If you sell them outside the POS, the stock does not go down.
The website menu is the same stock list
Services you show on the booking page and products you show on the shop come from the stock list the POS sells. A home or field job is the home-services signup, with its own job ticket. This salon page is the chair, the booking, and the retail sale.
