How Ghana shops run branch stock, transfers, shift reports, and online orders on one system — and when a counter-only POS is enough.
One stock list is the spine
Products you add for the counter are the same records the website sells. When a branch sells the last unit, the other branch and the online shop should show it — not a WhatsApp price list that drifted on Tuesday.
Branches without a second ecommerce bill
Starter is one branch. Business runs up to three branches with staff logins and stock transfers between them. Scale runs many branches and payroll. Each branch still shares the same product list philosophy: sell from stock you actually hold.
Transfers need internet — sales can queue offline
