Acceptable Use Policy
Lawful and fair use of the DwumaPOS platform.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets rules for using DwumaPOS. It supplements the Terms of Service. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.
2. Lawful use only
You may not use the Service to sell or facilitate illegal goods or services, evade sanctions, or violate applicable consumer, tax, or payment regulations in your markets.
3. No abuse of the platform
Prohibited: spam, phishing, malware distribution, credential stuffing, scraping without permission, attacking infrastructure, or circumventing rate limits and security controls.
4. Payments & fraud
Do not process payments you are not authorized to take, launder funds, or misuse BYOK PSP accounts. Report suspected fraud to support promptly.
5. Content & storefronts
Do not publish defamatory, infringing, or deceptive content. You are responsible for product claims, pricing accuracy, and customer communications on your shop.
6. Fair multi-tenant use
Do not overload shared resources, resell raw platform access, or create accounts to evade bans. Automated bulk account creation is prohibited.
7. Privacy of others
Do not misuse buyer or staff personal data obtained through the Service. Respect privacy laws and your own privacy notices to customers.
8. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts. We may report illegal activity to authorities when required.
9. Reporting
Report abuse to platform support with evidence (URLs, timestamps, screenshots). We aim to review reports in a commercially reasonable time.
10. Changes
We may update this AUP; material changes will be announced with other legal updates. Continued use means you accept the current AUP.
